Ellie, my sympathy to you and your family. I was going to send a card, but could not find your address in the phone book. I had heard that Bob had been sick but had always hoped he would "make it". What a loss for you as well as our community. Again my sympathy to you and please extend it to Gary too. God Bless, Bonnie

Bob will certainly be missed. He was truly one of the good guys. He was always my 'go to' hunting and fishing expert. He would quickly and thoroughly share whatever information he had. If he didn't know he would tell you so. My condolences, Duane Koch

Ellie and Family, The community of Jefferson will sorely miss Bob and his quiet, but caring ways. He helped me greatly when I was in charge of ordering trophies and ribbons for Gemuetlichkeit. I know you had a good deal to do with it as well because you were a team. I think of the countless customers and friends who gathered in your back room for comaraderie. That was what small towns should be about. Wiedersehen Bob and Liebe to Ellie.

We all/Jefferson have a lost a real good Man->Bob Kramer. Or as I always referred to him->"Santa Bob" because he was always there to help me in December.(1st for X-mas presents for my husband and my son; and then for birthday presents for my husband-whose birthday is the day after Christmas). He was always there to help everyone; such a real sweet man. My sympathy to Elli and the rest of Bob's family. All I can say is--So Long Santa Bob! :(

Kramer family, sorry for your loss. Bob was a wonderful and helpful man. I have fond memories as a child visiting Safari with my father. Bob always made you feel welcome whether or not you bought anything. As I grew older and needed hunting equipment Bob went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. He will be greatly missed.

Yesterday we were talking about Oma and Opa. Makayla and Carlin were really sad and talked about missing Opa. I told them that Opa is in heaven and is looking down on all of us. I said we would be seeing Oma soon and she needed lots of hugs and kisses. Carlin said We'll now her hand won't get sore because she doesn't have to butter 4 pieces of toast anymore. We all chuckled. We love having toast at Oma and Opas. For some reason it always taste better. I know Dad agrees!

This morning, Makayla told me she dreamed of Opa last night. She said he was smiling at her. He didn't say anything to her but his smile made her happy. She woke up right after that. She told me it made her think of the time she took a walk with Opa around the block. They were looking for flowers to pick for Oma. I told her to cherish and keep those memories.

We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Bob and Elli are our wonderful neighbors. We couldn't ask for better neighbors. Whenever we need anything, they are right there to help. Especially, when Eric needs tools to fix some home repair. Bob would say help yourself. He always seemed to have the tools we needed. Or we would come home after a snow storm, and our side walk would be plowed. We always knew it was Bob helping us out. He was a kind and generous man. Elli-whenever you need us we are just a door away.

We are friends of Dave and Kelly's. It was not so long ago that Kelly shared with me that Bob was ill. We are so very sorry for his untimely passing. I know Bob must have been a great guy, because he raised a wonderful son. Thinking of you all.
