Obituary of Bruce Roy Rummler

BRUCE R. RUMMLER age 60 of Jefferson passed away at his home on Saturday November 6, 2010. He was born to Leroy and Ruth (Hustad) Rummler, on July 15, 1950 in Watertown. Bruce married Cynthia Kohlhoff on November 14, 1970 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Watertown. He was a 1968 graduate of Johnson Creek High School. He was employed at Seneca Foods in Clyman, and previously employed at Waukesha Memorial Hospital from 1994-2008, and Schweiger Industries. He was the past President of the UIU Local 301 at Schweiger Industries. Bruce was an avid hunter, and fisherman, and he enjoyed gardening. Bruce was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jefferson, where he served on the church council and was an Usher. He will be deeply missed by his wife; Cindy Rummler of Jefferson, His parents Leroy and Ruth Rummler of Johnson Creek. One daughter Sarah (Scott) Pliner of Verona, and son; Barry Rummler of Jefferson One sister; Linda Crowl of Milwaukee, brother; Mark (Karen) Rummler of Nashotah, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday November 10, 2010 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Jefferson with the Rev. Wayne Mueller officiating, burial will follow in the Union cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson, and then again on Wednesday morning at the Church from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Jefferson Memorial may be given to; Jefferson Rainbow Hospice 147 Rockwell Street, Jefferson, WI 53549 or Jesus Cares of Watertown; Sarah Horn; 1512 River drive, Watertown, WI 53094 or St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Forward Lord Fund.
