Obituary of Paula Mae Davis

PAULA M. DAVIS age 39 of Jefferson passed away Sunday November 8, 2009 at her home. She was born December 14, 1969 in Chicago Illinois, daughter of Howard & Arrilla "Mae" (Walker) Harris. Paula graduated from Jefferson High School in 1987; she received her degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, and was attending DeVry University pursuing her Masters Degree. She married Gregory Davis on March 28, 2009 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jefferson. She was employed at Briggs & Stratton in Jefferson. Paula had served as a volunteer EMT for the Helenville Fire Department, she also volunteered at the Jefferson Humane Society. She loved the outdoors, camping, hiking, cooking, and entertaining. She enjoyed crafts, and collecting fairies earning her the nickname of "little sprite" She is survived by her husband Greg of Jefferson Daughter; Amanda Stark of Jefferson, Sons; William Davis of Jefferson, Donovan Davis of Jefferson, Peter Stark II of North Dakota. Mother; Mae Harris of Lake Mills, her father Howard Harris of Fort Atkinson, Mother and father in law; Carson and Ann Davis of Pewaukee Maternal grandmother Helen Walker of Jefferson Sister Kaylene Harris of Lake Mills, Brother Howard "Howie" Harris II of Fort Atkinson Half sister Susan Multhauf of Fort Atkinson and half brother Shawn Harris of Jefferson. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Oscar Harris, and paternal grandmother Myrtle Harris. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral home in Jefferson. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of services. Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson is assisting the family with arrangements.
