Obituary of Ursula Louise Vogel

URSULA L. VOGEL, 85 of Jefferson passed away Wednesday February 17, 2016 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 11, 1930 in Farmington, daughter of the late Arthur and Erna (Kopp) Weber. She married Raymond Vogel on November 6, 1948 in New Burn North Carolina; he preceded her in death on July 6, 2004. Ursula had been employed at Schweiger Industries for over 40 years retiring in 1992. She loved flowers and enjoyed sewing, most of all spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Parishes. She will be deeply missed by her family; Daughters Sharon Vogel of Madison, Karen (Eugene) Seitz of Jefferson, Cheryl (David) Mittelstedt of Fort Atkinson, Leanne (Patrick) Bare of Jefferson. 9 grandchildren; Michelle (Jason) Renz, Shawn (Jamie) Rutherford, Jacob Mittelstedt, Michael Mittelstedt, Kendra (Brady) Houston, Brianna Bare, Brandon Bare, Blake Bare, Bryant Bare. 12 great grandchildren, Brother Aubrey (Dorothy) Weber of Johnson Creek. Mass Of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday February 23, 2016 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jefferson with the Rev. Thomas Coyle officiating, burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday evening from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson and then again on Tuesday at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
