Obituary of Yvonne Marilyn Schiferl

YVONNE M. SCHIFERL, 79, of Jefferson went home peacefully to her heavenly Father on Wednesday February 11, 2015. She was born in Stevens Point, WI on April 3, 1935, the daughter of Peter and Helen (Becker) Brychell. She attended St. John the Baptist Catholic School, Jefferson Elementary School and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1953. After graduation she attended Madison Cosmetology School. She was united in marriage to William Schiferl on June 25, 1955. Yvonne enjoyed many years working at the Fireside Theater. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Yvonne had a passion for artistry and she enjoyed playing tennis, and was an avid Packer and Badger fan. She was a member of the Merry Wirlers Square Dancing; she enjoyed archery, camping, gardening, playing bridge going to the movies and was an outstanding homemaker. Yvonne is survived by her husband William Schiferl of Jefferson, Five children; Shawn (Dan) Fredricks of Janesville, Lee (Jill) Schiferl of Fort Myers, FL, Shelley (Ron) Jurewicz of Milwaukee, Todd (Kim) Schiferl of South Wayne, WI, Steven Schiferl of Green Bay, WI, Four grandchildren; Morgan Schiferl, Tucker (Eriko) Fredricks, Mallory Schiferl, and Tanner Schiferl. One great grandchild; Sena Daniel Fredricks. Sister; Mary Kay (Mike) Kemmeter and many special nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, and Brother Peter Brychell. A Christian celebration of life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday February 28, 2015 at the Jefferson Cross Pointe Church 424 Sanborn Ave. in Jefferson, with the Pastor Russ Walker officiating.
