Obituary of Frances Harriet Bolger

FRANCES H. BOLGER age 96 of Jefferson passed away Thursday May 29, 2014 at Sunset Ridge in Johnson Creek. She was born on February 23, 1918 in Johnson Creek daughter of the late Gustav and Frances (Grube) Trachte. She married Vernon Bolger on October 4, 1980 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Lake Mills; he preceded her in death on August 7, 1995. She was employed as an Administrative Secretary for the University of Wisconsin Madison for 39 ½ years. She was a former member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Lake Mills, former member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Johnson Creek, and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Jefferson. She will be deeply missed by her family; Sister; Alice Bergman of Oconomowoc. Step-Daughter; Marilyn Bolger-Gentry (Roy) Gentry of Poteau, OK Step-Sons; Michael (Judy) Bolger of Jefferson, Stephen (Kathy) Bolger of De Pere, Ronald Bolger of Plover. 12 step grandchildren, and many step great grandchildren. Nephews; Matthew Zima of Appleton, James (Penny) Bergman of Ann Arbor, MI, and Niece; Margaret (Jon) Lind of Green Valley, AZ, Two grandnieces, four grandnephews and three great-grandnieces. She is further preceded in death by her brother George (Dorothy) Trachte, and Niece; Jane Zima, Brother-in-law; Albert Bergman Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 4, 2014 at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson with the Rev. Thomas Coyle officiating, Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Johnson Creek. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home until the time of services.
