HARRIET "JACKIE"BLAKE 89, of Fort Atkinson, passed away at London Lodge in Cambridge. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday June 10, 2014 at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Fort Atkinson with the Rev. Andrew Hanyzewski officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Services. Burial will follow in the West Lawn Memorial Park in Racine.
