Obituary of Daniel Richard Biwer

DANIEL R. BIWER age 70, of Johnson Creek, passed away unexpectedly on Monday December 23, 2013 at his home. He was born on January 29, 1943 in Watertown, son of the late Victor and Estella (Seitz) Biwer. He married Kathleen Schroedl on April 25, 1964 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jefferson. Dan worked at the Carnation Corporation in Oconomowoc for 18 years. He then became the owner of Dan's Washboard and Laundromat and Clean Towel Service in Johnson Creek. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Johnson Creek. Dan enjoyed woodworking, listening to National Public Radio, bird watching and spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by his wife Kathy of Johnson Creek. His children; Michelle Biwer of Johnson Creek, Becky Biwer of Beaver Dam, Evelyn Emmons of IL. Sons; Brian (Shawn) of Jefferson, Joseph Biwer of Waukesha, Nathan Biwer of Beaver Dam. Grandchildren; Payton, Parker, Presley Biwer, Tanner Hayes, Samuel Biwer, Wulfrano Biwer, Evyen, Tyler Biwer. He is preceded in death by his parents. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday December 28, 2013 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Johnson Creek with the Rev. David Wanish officiating, burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Friends may call Friday evening from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson and then again on Saturday at the church from 10:00a.m. until the time of Mass.
