Obituary of Stuart R Jeffery

STUART (STU) R. JEFFERY age 59 of Jefferson passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday October 15, 2013 at his home. He was born on September 27, 1954 in Fort Atkinson, son of the late Jeff and Jane (Davies) Jeffery. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1972 and later from UW Madison with a Bachelor's Degree in Geology. Stuart and Mike Topel co-owned and operated T&S Enterprises. He had been a member of the Jefferson Sportsmen's Club and past president of Gemuetlichkeit Days. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and motor racing. He will be deeply missed by his sister, Lynne Jeffery of Monona; his brother, Kent (Shawn) Jeffery of Madison; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday October 21, 2013 at Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson with the Rev. Shannon Finger officiating, burial will follow in the Union Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home until the time of services.
