Obituary of Pamela Jean Thomsen

PAMELA J. THOMSEN age 62 of Jefferson passed away on March 13, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 20, 1950, daughter of the late Ralph and Virginia (Glatzel) Haubenschild. She married Peter Thomsen on May 10, 1969 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jefferson. Pam was employed at the Lakewood Family Clinic in Lake Mills, retiring in 2012. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Jefferson. Pam enjoyed family time at the cabin, traveling, and camping, spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her husband Peter Thomsen of Jefferson, Daughters Shawn (Kevin) Korth of Cambridge, Wendy (Dan) Allen of Madison grandchildren; Katie, Mollie, Gracie Korth, Tyler Allen. Sister Kip (Lee) Engsberg of Lake Mills, and brother; Jim (Jean) Haubenschild of Fort Atkinson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother Tom Haubenschild. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday March 16, 2013 at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson, with the Rev. Dr. Kenneth Comstock officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
