She used to take us, her three young nephews, to the Jefferson County fair and watch the night fireworks. We all just walked from her home on Candise St. One time a very young David bought her a birthday present out some very limited funds. He knew she liked makeup. He bought her some sort of inexpensive product. She love it and spoke of it for years.

I had left a first message. It is missing so: Aunt Marcie was my wonderful childhood friend. She took my brothers to the County fairs for several years. She loved bowling & golf. I even got to ride around Jefferson with her girlfriends as they chatted about their boyfriends--that was fun. She never missed sending a XMAS letter with her cards. Loved her several trips out here to meet with her special friend Al's family. She enjoyed the French Toast we had at dinner. Really, really miss her! My Eucharist Plenary Indulgence was for her on the day of her passing. Love and peace to posters.

I have lost another bowling friend but have many great memories of Marcie. One favorite is how her team always sang 'East Side West Side, all around the town. Heh!' whenever somebody got a strike. Marcie was a hard worker and enjoyed life. Our son Mike loved to golf with her at Meadow Springs. My heart felt sympathy to her family.

So very sorry to hear Aunt Marcie is gone. She was the "fun" Aunt. I never got to know her like my brother's did (sadly) but loved her just the same. Always looked forward to my Dad taking me to Jefferson for our cherished visits to see everyone. Her bright eyes and infectious laugh will forever ring in my ears and heart.
