Obituary of Stanislawa Wojtkow

STANISLAWA "MARIA" WOJTKOW, 80, of Jefferson passed away on Tuesday February 21, 2012 at Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 12, 1931 in Poland, daughter of the late Stanislaw and Michalena (Jungkavich) Kral. She married Wladyslaw (Walter) on October 10, 1948 in Germany; he preceded her in death on March 6, 1996. Maria was employed at Countryside Nursing home for over 33 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and at Schweiger Industries. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting, and was well known for her exceptional cooking and baking. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jefferson. She will be deeply missed by her daughter; Irene (Joe) Lasch of Lake Mills, Son; Kaz Wojtkow of Fort Atkinson, 3 grandchildren; Brenda Lasch, Kimberly Tolin, Chad Wojtkow, 3 great grand children; Jeffry Tolin, Zosia Tolin, Andrew Wojtkow. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Theresa, and sister, and brother. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday February 23, at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson with the Rev. Thomas Coyle officiating, burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 9:00-11:00.
