Obituary of Margaret Mary Erman

MARGARET M. “MARGE” ERMAN age 79 of Jefferson passed away peacefully at her home on October 28, 2023.  She was born n December 5, 1943, to Edward and Georgia (Matiasek) Holman.   Margie had worked at Alden Estates and St. Coletta for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant.  She married Donald Erman on November 22, 2003.

She enjoyed shopping at Thrift Stores, sewing, taking care of her home and she was well known for dressing up as Clown Jo.

She is a member of Mountain Faith Church in Lake Delton.

Marge is survived by her husband Donald Erman of Jefferson, sons, Bryan Propp of Fort Atkinson, Kevin (Kim) Propp of Edgerton, Daryn Propp of Whitewater, Justin (Sarah) Propp of Milwaukee.  Siblings, Daniel (Donna) Holman of Iowa, Debby (James) Astell of Jefferson, MaryAnn “Kelly” Jensen of Elkorn. Sister-in-law, Mary Holman of Fort Atkinson, brothers-in-law, Dennis Bieck of Jefferson, Daniel Jaeckel of Fort Atkinson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Barbara Jean Holman, Christine Bieck, Virjean Jaeckel, and brothers, James (Barb) Holman, Robert (Maureen) Holman, and brother-in-law Hubert Jensen.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday November 11, 2023, at the Schneider-Michaelis funeral home in Jefferson with Pastor Randy Arbogast officiating.  Visitation will be at the funeral home prior to services from 10:00-11:00.   The burial will take place at a later date.
