Obituary of Wayne William Bornick

WAYNE BORNICK, age 61 of Town of Oakland passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2022.

 He was born in Milwaukee on August 31, 1960 to the late Melvin and Lillian (Rickman) Bornick.  Wayne attended high school in Jefferson.  Following high school, Wayne joined the Army Reserves serving as a drill sergeant with the 84^th training command.

He was united in marriage to Angela Endl on September 8, 1984, and together they raised their son, Zachary Bornick.  Over the years, Wayne maintained multiple businesses as a master electrician in Madison, WI.  Wayne enjoyed the company of others.  He loved to surround himself with his friends and family.  He also loved music, movies and outdoor activities.  Wayne will forever be remembered for his jovial disposition and generosity to everyone he met.

Wayne is survived by his son, Zachary (Lindsey) Bornick; mother of his son, Angela Endl; sister, Tammie Duran and brother, Ernest “Jesse” Henschel.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Lillian Bornick; brother Leroy Henschel and sister, Judyne Kurth.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
