Obituary of Joan Nadene Felton

Joan Nadene Felton, 75, Jefferson passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Rainbow Hospice Inpatient facility in Johnson Creek, WI

Joan was born on December 10, 1948, in Madison, WI to Norman and Martha (Johnson) Johnson.  She graduated from Madison East High School in 1968.  Joan married Howard Felton on September 11, 1971.  She was employed at Fort Memorial Hospital for 15 years. Joan was a good cook and enjoyed traveling when they could.  She certainly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Howard of Jefferson; son Daniel (Aimee) Felton of Algonquin, IL; grandchildren Jolie, Joshua and Julia Felton; sisters Harlene (Jerry) Clement, Madison, Marilyn Helleckson, Cross Plains; brother Wallace (Deb) Johnson, Crystal, MN.  She was preceded in death by her parents and son John.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 11:30am at Schneider Michaelis Funeral Home 900 W. Racine St. Jefferson, WI 53549.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of the service.  The family would like to thank Rainbow Hospice for their loving care.  Memorials to Rainbow Hospice are encouraged.
