Obituary of John Hernandez Calvillo

JOHN H. CALVILLO age 63 of Jefferson passed away at his home, April 30, 2010. The son of Eleno and Santos (Hernandez) Calvillo Sr. he was born June 2, 1946 in Weslaco, TX. He served in the United States Army from March of 1967-April of 1969. He was formerly employed as a Machinist at Crepaco in Lake Mills. John was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his father Eleno Calvillo Sr. of Houston, TX His son Jonathan Calvillo of Germantown, One sister; Mona Davila of Houston, TX, three brothers; Eleno (Joan) Calvillo Jr. of Jefferson, Arturo (Jane) Calvillo of Jefferson, Alex (Doris) Calvillo of Houston TX. Many nieces, nephews and friends, special friend Amy Calvillo. He is preceded in death by his mother Santos, nephew Alan Calvillo, great nephew Bailey Calvillo, brother-in-law David Davila, and sister-in-law Rosa Calvillo. Private family graveside services and Military Honors will be held at a later date. Schneider-Michaelis funeral home is assisting the family with arrangements.
