Obituary of Ruth Jane KUEHN

RUTH J. KUEHN age 88 of Fort Atkinson formerly of Jefferson passed away at the Sub Acute Care Center in Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital. She was born February 13, 1921 in Rome Wisconsin, daughter of the late Frank and Elsie (Mattkee) Griese. She married Francis Kuehn on October 20, 1951 in Chicago Illinois She was employed as a secretary for D'Aoust Law Office in Jefferson for many years. She is survived by her husband Francis "Fritz" Kuehn of Fort Atkinson Nieces; Diane (Robert) Gilpatrick of Florida, Eileen Kuehn of Madison Christine (John) Schrank of Reedsburg Kathleen (Randy) Miller of Jefferson Janet Wickersham of Waukesha Nephews; James (Bunny) Kuehn of Jefferson Dan (Karen) Mittag of Mark (Joan) Mittag of Fort Atkinson Many great-nieces and nephews Special friends Lynn and Carol Wilke of Jefferson She is preceded in death by a nephew Chuck Kuehn, niece Marika Mittag Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday September 30, 2009 at St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rome with the Rev. Brad Linbberg officiating burial will be in the St. Luke's Cemetery. Friends may call to pay their respect on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Memorials may be directed to St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Jefferson Rainbow Hospice, and Tomorrow's Hope or to a charity of ones choice. Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson is assisting the family with arrangements.
