Obituary of Vincent Bernard Lippert

VINCENT B. LIPPERT age 75 of Jefferson, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017 at the Rainbow Hospice center in Johnson Creek. He was born on March 28, 1942 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Mathias and Pauline (Moore) Lippert. Vincent has been part of the St. Coletta family for the past 67 years. He loved the many jobs he was given at St. Coletta, especially working in the greenhouse, tending to the plants brought him great sense of pride. Vincent was a whiz at jigsaw puzzles. He enjoyed reading the bible or having someone read passages to him as well as other religious materials. He was a man of great faith and loved his family. He will be deeply missed by his brother Rev. Paul Lippert of Menomonee Falls, WI, his brother-in-law Hank Saarnio of Kenosha, sister-in-law Mary Jane Lippert of Kenosha, niece and Guardian Linda Lockwood of Coralville, Iowa, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and even great, great nieces and nephews and his entire St. Coletta family. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters Sr. M. Colette O.P. and Donna Saarnio; brothers John, Harold, and Glenn Lippert. Memorial Mass for Vincent will be held at 1:00 p.m. on January 18, 2018 at the Alverno Chapel of the Flowers; visitation will take place on the 18th from 11:30 a.m. with a Time of Remembrance from 12:30 p.m. until the time of Mass.
