Obituary of Amanda Rae Meidl

AMANDA R. MEIDL, age 21, of Jefferson, passed away on Monday January 7th, at her home. Daughter of Matthew and Ellen (O'Neil) Meidl. Amanda was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Jefferson and she attended Adult Day Services at Opportunities in Fort Atkinson. She graduated from Jefferson High School 2007. She is survived by her parents Matthew and Ellen Meidl and her sister Samantha of Jefferson. Her paternal grandmother Joan Meidl of Jefferson Aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Wilbert Meidl, and her maternal grandparents; Thomas and Nancy O'Neil. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday January 9th at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home in Jefferson, with the Rev. Thomas J. Coyle officiating private family burial will follow at a later date. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. until the time of services. Memorial may be directed to Tomorrow's Hope in Amanda's memory.
