Obituary of Juan Escobedo Contreras

Juan Escobedo Contreras, 85 years of age of Jefferson, Wisconsin passed away on June 25, 2022.

Juan was born on April 19, 1937, in La Rosita, Texas to Norberto and Manuela Escobedo Contreras.  Juan was employed at Schweiger industries for many years, retiring in 1990.

He is preceded in death by his parents, spouse, Petra Guerrero Contreras.

He Is survived by his son, Juan R. Contreras of Jefferson, granddaughter, Petra L. Contreras of Jefferson, WI; brother, Jose E. (Maria) Contreras of Calallen TX; also, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Jefferson with Rev. Thomas Coyle officiating, Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 at the church.  Burial will follow in the Parish cemetery.
