Obituary of Cheryl Ann Cutsforth

CHERYL A. CUTSFORTH, 64, of Fort Atkinson passed away suddenly on Friday, December 10, 2021. 

She was born on December 29, 1956 to Edward and Donna (Hanson) Statz in Madison, WI.

Cheryl married Clint Cutsforth and they were together for 41 years and blessed with their daughter Callie (Craig) Smillie, and grandsons Landon Smillie, Kiptyn Smillie and Bryan (Keely) Wendt and great granddaughter Blake Wendt.

Cheryl’s primary interests were her family and her business.  She was passionate about the time she could spend with her grandsons playing games, watching their ballgames, and fishing and swimming at the pond.  Gardening, reading and long walks also brought her joy.

Cheryl was the proprietor of Another Round Antiques in Jefferson and was always happy to see her ‘regulars’, meet and converse with new customers, and welcome them all with a warm greeting and big smile.

She is further survived by her mother Donna Statz of Fort Myers, FL, brothers Gary (Nancy) Statz of Cross Plains, WI,  Dale Statz of Harshaw, WI, John Statz of Madison, WI;  sister Robin Hurtado of San Diego, CA, and eight nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Edward Statz.  No services will be held at this time.
