Obituary of Iris D. Reindl

IRIS D. REINDL, age 85 of Jefferson passed away on Sunday December 29, 2019 at Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital.  She was born on July 19, 1934 in Pittsville, WI to Clarence and Lucille (Hayes) Merritt.  She married Gilbert Reindl on May 29, 1952 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic church in Johnson Creek, he preceded her in death on October 6, 2009.  Iris was employed at Jones Dairy Farm and Moores Foods retiring in 1995.  She and her husband also owned and operated Reindl Excavating in Johnson Creek from 1970-1983.  Iris loved going to the Casino, a card game and a good Bloody Mary.  She loved to cook and was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. 

She will be deeply missed by her family; Daughters Gale (Jim) Will of Jefferson, Cindy Miller of Thornton, CO,

Son; Pat Reindl of Watertown. Daughter-in-law; Diane Reindl of Lake Mills.  Seven Grandchildren; Kristine DeBlare, Shawn (Shawn) Wignall, Kymi Reindl, Ava and Selene Miller, John (Melissa) Reindl, Shane (Patricia) Reindl. 

14 great-grandchildren; Breleigh, Ailey, Connolly, Taylor, Riley, Jaylyn, Savannah, Derek, Finn, Chase, Owen, Leo, Tristan, Finley.  She is preceded in death by her Husband, Daughter; Sherry, Son; Mike, Daughter-in-Law; Yvonne, Parents, and two Brothers.  Per Iris’s request there will be a Private Family graveside service at a later date.
